海原县地处宁夏中部干旱带,是典型的生态脆弱区,水土流失、土地沙化、干旱灾害十分突出,影响着农业综合生产能力的提高,制约了农民增收致富的进程。只有加强生态建设,改变生态脆弱的局面,才能保障农业综合生产力的不断提高和农村经济社会的全面、协调、可持续发展。基于此,通过广泛的社会调查,针对存在的问题,提出见解,以供参考。
Haiyuan County, located in the arid zone of central Ningxia, is a typical ecologically fragile area. Soil erosion, land desertification and drought disaster are very prominent, affecting the improvement of comprehensive agricultural production capacity and restricting farmers’ process of increasing income and becoming rich. Only by strengthening ecological construction and changing the fragile ecological environment can we ensure the continuous improvement of comprehensive agricultural productivity and the overall, coordinated and sustainable development of rural economy and society. Based on this, through a wide range of social surveys, for the existing problems, put forward opinions for reference.
