面临严峻的就业形势,显然我国酒店管理专业大学生在就业选择上并不占有优势,这与酒店管理专业大学生自身特点、酒店行业工作特点有很大关系,如何更好地塑造酒店管理专业大学生的就业观,为酒店企业留住酒店管理核心人才,已成为各大院校、酒店企业共同关注的话题。本文以麦克莱兰的激励需求理论为理论基础,探究了我国酒店管理专业大学生在酒店企业的“流”与“留”的问题。
