长春市安达小学现有教师150人,学历水平100％达到国家标准,其中本科学历90人,占教师总数60%。小教高级78人,小教超高级4人,省特级教师2人,省骨干教师3人,市级骨干教师2人,区级骨干教师11人,区名师4人,区学科首席教师9人。近5年,教师在国家、省、市、区评优课和技能大赛中获奖逾百人次。2004年被长春市教育局评为“教师专业化发展型学校”。
