坨坨肉的名字有种蠢萌感,我第一次接触的时候印象并不好。那是2007年的秋天,我作为一个体验者去参加四川凉山彝族自治州喜德县彝族的一个节日活动。活动举办地在一个中学操场上,乱糟糟的满山遍坡都是人,中午吃饭也不是桌餐,而是发放馒头和肉。我裹挟在人群中,领到了一大坨肉。当地的朋友告诉我,这就是坨坨肉了!生平第一次吃到坨坨肉,可费了我一番功夫。它就是一块方方正正、煮熟了的猪肉,缺滋少味并且是冷的,关键是它还硬得像个橡胶轮胎。没有别的可吃,我也不能辜负主人美意、浪费食物,就一路走一路努力地撕
