本实验观察了在我院行肝切除肝门阻断的两组病人——应用丹参的治疗组和不用丹参的对照组发现:治疗组肝门阻断前、阻断15分终末、复流30分时肝静脉血和肝组织中氧自由基含量明显低于对照组.治疗组术前,术后3天、术后7天、14天血液GPT、TBI明显低于对照组.治疗组阻断前、阻断终、复流30分血粘度指标也明显低于对照组.光镜和电镜病理阻断15分终末及复流30分治疗组病变也明显轻于对照组,从而证明丹参可以减轻肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤.
In this experiment, two groups of patients undergoing hepatic resection of hepatic portal occlusion in our hospital were observed. The treatment group treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza and the control group without Salvia miltiorrhiza were found: before treatment, hepatic portal occlusion, 15-min blockade, and reflow At 30 minutes, the content of oxygen free radicals in hepatic venous blood and liver tissue was significantly lower than that in the control group.
