今年国家第三批经济适用住房(安居工程)建设投资计划和信贷计划经过国家发展计划委员会、建设部、国土资源部、中国人民银行以及中国工商银行、中国农业银行、中国银行、中国建设银行等国有商业银行总行和中国国际工程咨询公司的共同审定,已经于日前下达。这次下达的经济适用住房年度建设规模为10548.86万平方米,投资规模为805.8亿元,安排银行信贷计划 380.5亿元,地方及企业自筹资金425.3亿元。

The issuance of affordable housing annual construction scale of 105,488,600 square meters, the scale of investment was 80.58 billion yuan, arranged bank credit plans 38.05 billion yuan, local and enterprises self-financing 42.53 billion yuan.
