本文针对我国工资管理体制的现状,提出了实行“统分结合,分级分类管理”的主张。作者认为,这是有计划商品经济的客观要求,符合不同地区经济发展不平衡和财政“分灶吃饭”的体制的状况,既是改革的要求又是改革的内容。最后对实行“统分结合、分级分类管理”后几个相关问题提出自己的看法。
In view of the status quo of the wage management system in our country, this paper puts forward the proposition of “combining management with different levels and grading and classifying”. The author believes that this is an objective requirement of a planned commodity economy and is in line with the imbalance of economic development in different regions and the state of the financial system of “partial consumption”. It is not only the requirement of reform but also the content of reform. Finally, I put forward my own views on several related issues after the implementation of “unified management with different levels and classified management”.
