采用原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法分别测定了12个地市连翘中Pb及As的含量,并以此为基础确定了含量限度,为连翘的质量标准规范化研究提供了依据。
Atomic absorption spectroscopy and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used to determine the contents of Pb and As in the forsythia in 12 prefectures respectively, and the content limits were determined on the basis of this, which provided a basis for the standardization of quality standards of Forsythia suspensa.
