常听学校领导这样说:“班主任素质的高低直接影响着学校的成败。”可见班主任在学校发展中,在学生管理中的重要位置。那么怎样才能胜任班主任工作呢?我认为班主任应该有一双善于发现的眼睛。每每和其他班主任交谈时,常听到这样一种抱怨:我们这个班的学生素质差,不好管,太自私等。其实每一名学生身上都有他的闪光点,只是我们没有发现而已。如果班主任能善于发现这些纪律学困生身上的优点,以此作为教育契机,这样很容易转化学困生。

So how can we work as a class teacher? I think the class teacher should have a pair of good eyes to discover. Often talk to other class teacher, often hear such a complaint: Our class poor quality of students, not good management, too selfish and so on. In fact, each student has his flash point, but we did not find it. If the class teacher can be good at discovering the merits of these disciplinary students, as an opportunity for education, it is easy to turn students learning difficulties.
