随机从2016年1月至10月来我院治疗的妊娠剧吐患者中选取50例作为研究对象并通过抛硬币的方法将其分为试验组和对照组各25例,入组患者均接受基础治疗和心理治疗,而试验组患者则同时给予中医辨证论治,比较不同治疗方案疗效差异,研究和探讨治疗方案选取中西医结合方法的价值和意义。结果表明,妊娠剧吐患者在给予常规治疗措施基础上结合中医辨证论治,有助于提高治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,值得推广。
