It is reported that Xinjiang’s first English-language scientific journal Journal of Arid Land (arid zone science) has recently been SCI-E and Current Contents / Agriculture, Biology & Environmental Sciences two databases included. This is the first scientific journal in Xinjiang to be recorded by the international authoritative retrieval system SCI-E
