目的对昆山市某医院2台医用X射线机放射诊疗工作场所进行放射防护控制效果评价,对主体工程放射防护屏蔽设计的有效性予以评价。方法通过查验、核实、现场检测等方法,将调查和检测资料与国家标准作对比。结果放射诊疗工作场所防护设施及措施、DR机房和车载X射线机房周围剂量当量率(≤1.79μSv/h)、有效使用面积(21.7 m2)、最小单边长度(3.5 m)、医用诊断X射线装置性能检测指标和放射工作人员个人剂量均符合国家标准规定要求,个人防护用品配置较齐全。结论该项目放射工作场所放射防护控制效果基本达到国家标准规定要求,基本能够保障放射工作人员和公共的健康和安全,放射防护设施和防护措施有效。
Objective To evaluate the radiological protection effectiveness of two medical X-ray radiography clinics in a hospital in Kunshan City, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the radiological shielding design of the main project. Methods By inspection, verification, on-site testing and other methods, the survey and testing data and national standards for comparison. Results Radiation diagnosis and treatment facilities and measures in the workplace, dose equivalent ratio (≤1.79μSv / h), effective use area (21.7 m2), minimum unilateral length (3.5 m), medical diagnostic X-ray Device performance testing indicators and personal radiation dose staff are in line with national standards and requirements, personal protective equipment more complete configuration. Conclusion The radiation protection and control effects of this project in the radiation field basically meet the requirements of the national standards, which can basically guarantee the health and safety of radiation workers and the public, and the radiation protection facilities and protective measures are effective.
