目的:总结分析手术室中存在的护理安全隐患,并针对这些隐患提出相应的防范对策,以减少手术室中护理不良事件的发生率,尽可能的提高护理质量,减少医疗纠纷的发生。方法:统计总结手术室中常见的护理不良事件的发生情况,根据这些不良事件分析总结手术室风险事件发生的安全隐患,并针对这些安全隐患提出相应的防范对策。结果:手术室常见风险事件发生的安全隐患主要包括专业技术能力方面、科室管理制度方面、手术室环境方面和医护人员方面,针对以上常见的护理安全隐患,科室通过制定相应的防范对策,有效的降低手术室护理风险事件的发生,避免了医疗纠纷的发生。结论:通过对手术室护理不良事件回顾性的总结,分析手术室中存在的安全隐患,并针对这些安全隐患提出相应的防范措施,能够明显减少手术室护理不良事件的发生率,降低医疗护理纠纷的发生,提高护理质量,提高患者的满意度。
