岩金矿床矿石品位计算和特高品位处理,一直是个有争论的问题。目前,还没有一个较为合理、又被公认的算法。国内多数矿山仍采用算术加权平均值法(以下简称算术平均);国外有的采用三参数正态分布曲线拟合几何平均值估值法(以下简称几何估值)。算术平均在于样品位比较接近且没有出现特高品位的情况下是可行的,并为岩金储量计算所采用;但在于样品位相差悬殊,又出现特高品位的情况下就显得不合理,也不准确了。这主要是由于特高品位处理不合理而引起的。算术平均只适用常数正态分布,而金、银等元素的品位则呈对数正态分布,具跳越性的变化,经常出现特高品位,称之为“块金效应”。遂昌金矿的品位
