本文探讨在肾缺血再灌注时P选择素表达对细胞凋亡的影响, 以大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤为模型, 采用免疫组化链霉亲和素生物素酶标法和原位DNA片断末端标记法, 检测P选择素单抗治疗前后肾组织中P选择素表达及凋亡细胞。结果表明大鼠肾缺血再灌注时, P选择素在肾内广泛表达, 肾组织出现显著病理改变并发生细胞凋亡; P选择素单抗作用后的肾组织中P选择素未表达, 无明显病理变化且细胞凋亡减少。提示: P选择素在肾缺血再灌注时介导了肾内中性粒细胞积聚和细胞凋亡并加重肾脏损伤
This article explores the impact of P-selectin expression on renal cell apoptosis during renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat model of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury using immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin enzyme method and in situ The DNA fragment end labeling method was used to detect the expression of P-selectin and the apoptotic cells in renal tissue before and after P-selectin monoclonal antibody treatment. The results showed that P-selectin was widely expressed in the kidney during renal ischemia / reperfusion, and significant pathological changes occurred in the renal tissue and apoptosis occurred. P-selectin was not expressed in the renal tissue after the P-selectin monoclonal antibody was administered, Significant pathological changes and reduced apoptosis. Tip: P-selectin mediates renal neutrophil accumulation and apoptosis and increases kidney damage during renal ischemia-reperfusion
