目的 探讨洛赛克、羟氨苄青霉素合并硫糖铝三联疗法对根除幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ） 的疗效。方法 将８３ 例Ｈｐ 阳性十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为２ 组。Ａ 组４２ 例，以洛赛克２０ｍｇ、每日２ 次，羟氨苄青霉素５００ｍｇ、每日４ 次和硫糖铝１０００ｍｇ、每日４ 次，治疗２ 周：Ｂ组４１ 例，以洛赛克２０ｍｇ、每日２ 次和羟氨苄青霉素５００ｍｇ、每日４ 次，治疗２ 周作为对照组。在治疗前和疗程结束４ 周以上，用快速尿素酶试验和组织学改良Ｇｉｅｍｓａ 染色法检查Ｈｐ。结果 Ａ 组的Ｈｐ 根除率为９２．９％ ，明显高于Ｂ 组的７０．７％ （Ｐ＜０ ．０１）。Ａ、Ｂ两组副反应小，均能耐受。结论 洛赛克、羟氨苄青霉素合并硫糖铝三联疗法的Ｈｐ 根除率高、安全，耐受性好，所用的硫糖铝副反应小，价廉。可作为洛赛克加羟氨苄青霉素二联疗法的补充，是一种新的较为理想的Ｈｐ 根除方案。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Losec, amoxicillin combined with sucralfate triple therapy in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Methods 83 patients with Hp-positive duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. A group of 42 cases, to Losec 20mg, 2 times a day, amoxicillin 500mg, 4 times a day and sucralfate 1000mg, 4 times a day for 2 weeks: 41 cases in group B, Losec 20mg , Twice daily and amoxicillin 500mg, 4 times daily for 2 weeks as a control group. Hp was examined by rapid urease test and histologically modified Giemsa staining before treatment and over 4 weeks after the end of treatment. Results The Hp eradication rate in group A was 92.9%, significantly higher than that in group B (70.7%, P <0.01). A, B two side effects of small, can tolerate. Conclusion Losec, amoxicillin combined with sucralfate triple therapy Hp eradication rate, safe, well tolerated, the use of sucralfate side effects, inexpensive. Can be used as a supplement to Losec plus amoxicillin dual therapy, is a new and ideal Hp eradication program.
