目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)和磁共振波谱(1HMRS)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)预后的早期诊断及评估。方法:回顾性分析2009年12月~2012年3月确诊为缺氧缺血性脑病的40例新生儿的临床资料,分别探讨MRI与1HMRS对HIE患儿预后的早期评估。结果:MRI能较为清晰地显示足月新生儿HIE的12种早期异常征象。结论:MRI及1HMRS技术均能很好地对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病预后进行早期评估,可无创性观察足月新生儿HIE的脑代谢改变。
Objective: To investigate the early diagnosis and assessment of the prognosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1HMRS). Methods: The clinical data of 40 newborns diagnosed as hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy from December 2009 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. MRI and 1HMRS were used to evaluate the early prognosis of children with HIE. Results: MRI can clearly show 12 kinds of early abnormal signs of full-term neonatal HIE. Conclusion: Both MRI and 1HMRS can evaluate the prognosis of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy well, and noninvasively observe the changes of cerebral metabolism in full-term neonates with HIE.
