笔者所在的社会工作服务机构有一项服务内容为处理保障房信访工作,包括:低保、残疾及中低收入住房困难群体,参战退役、基建工程兵等涉军群体保障性住房申请信访调处服务;享受政府保障性住房家庭日常物业纠纷调查、调解,妥善处理纠纷善后事宜等。服务形式以个案、咨询与辅导、座谈会、社区培训活动等为主。本文结合一线工作
