应用四元二次正交旋转组合设计,研究了温度(X_1)和CO_2,(X_2)、O_2、(X_3)薰衣草油Lavandula angustifolta Mill(X_4)浓度对腐食酪螨Tyrophagus putrescenrice 雌成螨死亡率(Y)的影响.结果表明:(?)=55.833+1.823X_1+10.781X_2-10.052X_3+13.281X_4-1.172X_1X_2+6.328X_1X_3-1.328X_1X_4+5.234X_2X_3+4.14X_2X_4+2.578X_3X_4+6.289X_1~2+3.945X_2~2-1.055X_3~2-3.086X_4~2主效因子分析得出,影响该螨死亡率的因素依次为:药剂浓度,CO_2浓度和温度。温度和O_2浓度间的交互作用最为明显。
The quaternary quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design was used to study the effects of temperature (X_1) and concentrations of CO_2, (X_2), O_2 and (X_3) lavandula angustifolta Mill (X_4) on mortality of female adult mite in Tyrophagus putrescenrice The results show that: (?) = 55.833 + 1.823X_1 + 10.781X_2-10.052X_3 + 13.281X_4-1.172X_1X_2 + 6.328X_1X_3-1.328X_1X_4 + 5.234X_2X_3 + 4.14X_2X_4 + 2.578X_3X_4 + 6.289X_1 ~ 2 + 3.945 X_2 ~ 2-1.055X_3 ~ 2-3.086X_4 ~ 2 The main factor analysis showed that the factors affecting the mortality of the mite were: drug concentration, CO 2 concentration and temperature. The interaction between temperature and O2 concentration is the most obvious.
