目的分析益气解毒祛瘀方联合内分泌治疗晚期前列腺癌的临床效果。方法 98例晚期前列腺癌患者,随机分为对照组(44例)和观察组(54例)。对照组行内分泌治疗,观察组在其基础上行益气解毒祛瘀方治疗,比较两组症状积分及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗后尿频尿急、尿痛、乏力、纳差、排尿困难的症状评分均低于对照组,且总不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气解毒祛瘀方联合内分泌治疗晚期前列腺癌的效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,且不良反应小,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jiedu Quyu Decoction combined with endocrine in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Methods A total of 98 patients with advanced prostate cancer were randomly divided into control group (44 cases) and observation group (54 cases). Control group endocrine therapy, the observation group on the basis of the line of Qi and Detoxification Quyu treatment, symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The symptom scores of urinary urgency, dysuria, fatigue, anorexia and dysuria in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment, and the total adverse reaction rate was lower than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Yiqi Jiedu Quyu Decoction combined with endocrine treatment of advanced prostate cancer has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
