引导组织再生术能促进牙周组织的再生,术中所用屏障膜有多种,且各有优缺点。作者用组织学及体积测定学的方法评价了不可吸收性膜聚碳酸酩滤纸、硅橡胶屏障、ePTFE膜以及可吸收性膜聚己酰胺内酯膜对狗Ⅱ类根分叉病损的治疗效果。 方法 选用7只成年杂种母狗的下颌两侧前磨牙和磨牙为实验牙。基础治疗1个月后,全麻下翻瓣,每只狗制做5个相似的Ⅱ类根分叉病损,刮除肉芽组织,在相当牙槽嵴最根方水平处的根面上作一切迹。将病损随机分为4个实验区,各置入以上4种膜之一,对照区不置入,将膜缝合固定,粘骨膜瓣冠向复位缝合。术后2周拆除粘膜缝线,保留屏障膜缝线。6个月后处死
