北大生命科学研究院证实,每天补充200微克的硒,有助于预防肿瘤、高血压、心脑血管病、糖尿病、肝病、肝硬化、风湿骨病、男科障碍、妇科炎症、白内障、青光眼、失眠等多种疾病。2014年9月24日,“中国科学补硒健康工程”正式启动,与会122位专家一致认可:人体含有丰富的硒,能有效预防各种疾病,延长寿命。

On September 24, 2014, “China Science Selenium Health Project” was officially launched.
