带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的急性疱疹性皮肤病,也是皮肤科临床比较常见的疾病。一年四季均有发病。现将我院1995年2月至1998年10月资料完整的70例住院患者病例总结分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般情况:男性42例,女性28例,最小年龄26岁,最大年龄83岁,平均54.5岁。住院治疗时间最短为5天,最长为82天,除1例为好转出院外,其余均为痊愈出院,其中住院5～14天,13例;15～21天,18例;22～28天,14例。3组共计41例,占总病例的64％。1.2 发病时间:1～3月,24例;4～6月,15例;7～9月,11例;10～12月,20例。
Shingles are acute herpes dermatoses caused by the chickenpox-herpes zoster virus and are also a more common clinical condition in dermatology. There are incidences throughout the year. Now in our hospital from February 1995 to October 1998 data complete 70 cases of hospitalized patients summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General situation: 42 males and 28 females, the youngest age of 26 years, the maximum age of 83 years, mean 54.5 years. The shortest hospitalization time was 5 days, the longest was 82 days. Except for 1 case, the patients were cured and discharged. The rest were all cured and discharged, of which 5 to 14 days were hospitalized, 13 cases were 15 to 21 days, 18 cases were 22 to 28 days , 14 cases. A total of 41 cases in 3 groups, accounting for 64% of the total cases. 1.2 onset time: 1 to March, 24 cases; 4 to 6 months, 15 cases; 7 to 9 months, 11 cases; 10 to December, 20 cases.
