本文对含雄黄的复方制剂中As_2O_3的体内吸收与分布进行了实验研究。对经阴道给药的家兔各脏器中As_2O_3的分布及蓄积量进行测定。结果表明,进入生物体内的As_2O_3主要分布在肝与脾脏,其吸收量,一只家兔连续7天给药后,As_2O_3在肝中的蓄积量为0.632mg。
In this paper, the in vivo absorption and distribution of As 2 O 3 in compound preparations containing realgar were studied experimentally. The distribution and volume of As_2O_3 in rabbits were measured. The results showed that As2O3 was mainly distributed in the liver and spleen. The amount of As_2O_3 in the liver was 0.632 mg after one rabbit was administered for 7 days.
