水资源是农业发展过程中的关键资源,由于目前我国水资源短缺,严重的影响到农业的可持续发展,针对这一问题,必须要科学合理的建设水利工程项目,发挥其优势作用,推动农业的健康发展。在水利工程项目建设的过程中会出现一系列问题,本文就对水利工程施工中的突出问题进行分析,并指出相应的治理对策。
