SC-FAST样品引入系统由自动进样器、开关阀、高效PFA-ST雾化器和Peltier冷却旋流雾室构成,通过直接雾化来进行分析。该系统可增加通量、减少记忆效应、提高稳定性、降低试剂消耗以及减少仪器的维护工作等。本文应用SC-FAST样品引入系统,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分析
The SC-FAST sample introduction system consists of an autosampler, on-off valve, high-efficiency PFA-ST nebulizer, and Peltier cooled cyclonic spray chamber for direct atomization. The system increases throughput, reduces memory effects, increases stability, reduces reagent consumption, and reduces instrumentation maintenance. In this paper, SC-FAST samples were introduced into the system and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)
