本文介绍了2例女性尿道脱垂,其症状均为静脉梗阻及绞窄所致,作者论述了本病的临床症状及鉴别诊断,同时推荐:本病均应采用外科处理。从泌尿科的文献上看,女性尿道脱垂的临床实例很少,在过去150年中,所报告的病例也仅有400余例,这种少见的原因,可能有相当部分病人去找妇科医师,而另一些病人其尿道脱垂的程度轻,且没有症状,而不去找医生看,因此,其真正的发生率还不清楚,但时常有些病人由于出现急性症状而引起泌尿科医师注意,现就遇到的2例说明这种病的特点。
