最近,国家提出了供给侧结构性改革的要求,这同样适合正在进行的教育改革。对此,作为一名普通高中的校长,我感受颇深:普通高中教育要适应未来各级各类创新人才培养的需要,必须跳出既有的教育窠臼,努力改善教育供给结构,实现教育改革从“需求侧的拉动”到“供给侧的推动”的根本转变。金汇高级中学是一所公办普通学校,在生源、师资、设备等方面逊于实验性示范性中学。近几年来,我们结合教育改革,从供给侧发力对学生的培养方式,进行了初步的探索。

In recent years, we have carried out a preliminary exploration on how to train students in education reform from the supply side.
