针对煤矿井下全液压钻机操作培训手段单一,培训效果不理想的问题,提出了基于虚拟现实技术的煤矿全液压钻机模拟培训系统。该系统采用模块化设计思想,在VC++所搭建的培训系统框架下,通过虚拟现实开发软件Maya和Quest3D分别完成设备建模和场景构建;并通过对虚拟操纵台进行设计研制,最终实现了一套具有理论教学、动画演示、模拟操作、培训管理等功能的钻机模拟培训系统。该系统可靠性高、人机交互性强且能够高度模拟真实设备,在降低培训成本的同时,能够有效提高培训效果。“,”In this paper proposed the coal mine of fully hydraulic drill simulation training system based on virtual-reality technology, for the single opertaion training methos, and the coal mine of fully hydraulic drill training effect is not ideal.
