RS485总线以其价格低廉、结构简单、组网方便、便于安装维护等特点在工业控制领域得到广泛应用,但是RS485总线抗干扰能力差、通讯距离近,同时,由于煤矿井下分支多、距离远、电磁干扰复杂等环境的特殊性,造成RS485总线在煤矿的应用相对较少。CAN总线具有抗电磁干扰能力强、传输距离远、稳定性好、可靠性高、通信速率快、结构简单、组网灵活、价格低廉等特点,支持树形结构,在煤矿得到广泛的应用。“,”RS485 bus is widely used in the field of industrial automation because of its low cost, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance. But its poor anti-interference ability, short communication distance, results in its relatively rare usage in mining. Meantime, the complex environment of coal mine, lots of branches, long distance, electromagnetic interference, also contributes to the RS485 bus ’s little usage. CAN bus have got good characteristics, such as anti-electromagnetic interference, long transmission distance, good stability, high reliability, fast communication speed, simple structure, flexible networking, low price and the tree structure supportive, which lead to its more and more application in mining.
