The purpose of this paper’s research is to determine the factors that promote or hinder the use of e-customs applications through which customs authorities and supply chain stakeholders share information. Power cost savings are related to the application of technology. Senior managers of supply chain companies and customs authorities will all strive to reduce hardware costs, increase efficiency, and ensure the best balance. The development of information sharing mechanisms, such as the electronic data transmission before shipment (goods, etc.), reduced the administrative costs caused by paperwork, fax, telephone, border waiting, errors, etc.
