为了提升学生现有的知识、能力水平,充分挖掘学生自身潜力,当前教育界越来越注重对教学策略的研究。分层教学是教师根据学生当前所掌握的知识、能力水平和学习潜力等各个水平情况相近的人员组合成群体,然后再针对群体进行教学指导的区别对待,这些群体在教师采用分层教学策略的情况下综合素养得到了较大的提高。文中基于初中语文从目标、过程、评价三个方面来层层推进,以便全面提高学生的语文素养。
