目的探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒血流显像对肢体血管球瘤的临床诊断意义。方法选择我院皮肤科2012年3月-2015年3月收治肢体血管球瘤患者11例为研究对象.对比高频超声及彩色多普勒血流显像检查与病理组织学诊断结果。结果超声检出血管球瘤检出率81.82%.与手术确诊比较后.检出率不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。另外超声检出2例.认为是腱鞘肿瘤,经手术切除后证实为血管球瘤。超声检查结果显示;所有研究对象肿块生长部位距离指骨较近,肿块部位回声信号强度低或者强度中等,肿块生长界限与周围手指组织和指骨分离、清晰.肿块呈规则球状生长.肿块内皿流信号彩色、多样。结论高频超声及彩色多普勒衄流显像检查肢体血管球瘤检出率高.
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of limbs glomus tumors. Methods Eleven patients with limb angiomyoma were included in the Department of Dermatology, our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015. The results of high-frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging and histopathological diagnosis were compared. Results The detection rate of angiosphere by ultrasound was 81.82%, but the detection rate was not significantly different from that of the surgical diagnosis (P> 0.05). In addition, 2 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound, which were considered as tendon sheath tumors, which were proved to be glomusomas after resection. The results of ultrasonography showed that all the tumor growth sites were located closer to the phalanges, the echo intensity of the tumor was lower or the intensity was moderate, the tumor growth boundary was separated from the surrounding finger tissues and the phalanges, and the tumors showed regular spherical growth. Color, variety. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging of the detection of limb spondylocystis high detection rate.
