病态窦房结综合征（简称SSS）临床上不被重视，易误诊，糖尿病所致的冠心病伴SSS更是少见，现将我科收治1例报告如下。患者女55岁教师，因反复心悸17年，多饮多尿8年、胸闷6年、头晕3年复发2天，于1988年7月23日入院。17年前始因激动突感心悸，持续数十秒突然好转，每年发作1～2次。8年前多饮多尿喜甜食，6年前心前区闷胀，多次住我院及沪州医学院诊断“成年型糖尿病、阵发性室上速、隐性冠心病”，治疗能缓解。3年前加重，发作呈阵发性室速或为窦缓，每年10～20次，长至6天，短至半小时，昼轻夜重，窦缓时ECG：异位心律，30～40
