分别给予左、右归饮煎液和生理盐水灌胃6天,测试小鼠血浆环核苷酸含量。结果表明左、右归饮对小鼠血浆环核苷酸的含量有不同影响,提示滋肾阴和温肾阳对机体环核苷酸系统有不同作用。
The mice were given left and right Guigui decoction and normal saline for 6 days, and the plasma cyclic nucleotide content was measured. The results showed that left and right Guiyin had different effects on plasma cyclic nucleotide content in mice, suggesting that Ziyin Yin and Wenshenyang have different effects on the body’s cyclic nucleotide system.
