以广昌晒红烟“黑老虎”烟叶为提取原料,建立了响应面优化法筛选复合酶配方及制备工艺。研究结果表明优化方案如下:复合纤维素水解酶1.75%、果胶酶PECTINEX 1.50%、蛋白酶Flavourzyme 1.50%、纤维素酶果胶酶时间2h、蛋白酶时间2h、温度40℃、pH3.8。通过响应面分析,获得了模型方程:Y1=11.12-0.17*X1+1.99*X2-3.31*X1*X1-2.30*X2*X2(X1:纤维素酶浓度;X2:pH),求得模型的极值点(纤维素酶浓度1.75%、pH3.8)时水解效果最佳(还原糖量为11.12mmol/L)。
In order to extract raw materials from Guangchang sun-cured tobacco and black tiger tobacco leaves, a response surface optimization method was established to screen compound enzyme preparation and preparation process.
