目的 通过研究TT病毒在谷丙转氨酶升高的体检人群和肝病患者中的意义,探讨其致病性。方法 收集19 例谷丙转氨酶升高体检者和41 例转氨酶正常的随机对照的血清,以及182 例肝病患者的血清,采用PCR 方法检测TT病毒的DNA。聚合酶链反应(PCR) 产物经限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP) 分析验证。同时检测甲、乙、丙、戊、庚型肝炎病毒(HAV、HBV、HCV、HEV和HGV) 感染标志。结果 19 例转氨酶升高体检者中,TT病毒DNA 检出率为10-53% (219),对照组检出率为2-44% (141) ,两者差异无显著意义( P>0-05)。转氨酶升高者中,9 例为HBV 现症感染,1 例为丙型肝炎,1 例为甲型肝炎。2 例TT病毒DNA 阳性者均重叠HBV 现症感染。肝病患者中TTVDNA 检出比率为4-4% 。18 例非甲~庚型肝炎中仅1 例为TTVDNA阳性。结论 在本组健康体检人群中能检出一定水平的TT病毒感染,但引起体检者转氨酶升高的主要原因为HBV感染。在肝病患者中也存在一定水平TT病毒感染,但不是非甲~庚型肝炎的主要病因。以上资料提示TT病毒的致病性可能相对较弱
Objective To investigate the significance of TT virus in physical examination group and liver disease patients with elevated alanine aminotransferase to explore its pathogenicity. Methods Twenty-nine patients with elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and 41 patients with normal ALT and serum of 182 patients with liver disease were collected. The DNA of TT virus was detected by PCR. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products were verified by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis. At the same time detection of hepatitis A, B, C, G, G hepatitis virus (HAV, HBV, HCV, HEV and HGV) infection markers. Results The detection rate of TT virus DNA in 19 cases with elevated transaminases was 10-53% (219) and that in the control group was 2-44% (141), with no significant difference between the two groups P> 0-05). Elevated aminotransferases, 9 cases of HBV infection, 1 case of hepatitis C, 1 case of hepatitis. Two cases of TT virus DNA positive overlap HBV infection. TTVDNA in patients with liver disease detection rate of 4-4%. Only 18 cases of non-hepatitis A ~ G were TTVDNA positive. Conclusion A certain level of TT virus infection can be detected in this group of healthy people, but the main cause of elevated aminotransferases in the subjects is HBV infection. In patients with liver disease there is a certain level of TT virus infection, but not the main cause of non-hepatitis A ~ G. The above data suggest that the TT virus pathogenicity may be relatively weak
