城市是人类活动和经济社会发展的重要载体,也是能源终端消费最为集中的区域,城市能源的清洁高效利用对城市可持续发展影响重大。为落实可再生能源发展“十二五”规划,提高城市清洁能源比例,促进资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设,国家能源局将组织开展新能源示范城市和产业园区的申报工作。据了解,全国许多省市对此都给与了高度关注,并希望得到这个荣誉,借此提升城市的综合影响力和可持续竞争力。为此,本刊记者采访了国家能源局新能源和可再生能源司副司长史立山。
