Objective To analyze the practical value of combined detection of CA125, CA199 and CEA in the clinical diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Forty eight patients with ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from March 2012 to October 2014 were enrolled in this study. Forty-eight patients with benign ovarian lesions in our hospital were randomly selected as control group 1 and 48 healthy people Women served as control group 2. The contents of CA125, CA199 and CEA in each group were measured by chemiluminescence method, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results The levels of CA125, CA199 and CEA in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The positive rate of the combined test in the study group was higher than that in the single test group and significantly higher than that in the control group 1 and the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of CA125, CA199 and CEA can significantly increase the detection rate of ovarian cancer, which is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
