中共云南省委办公厅和云南省人民委員会办公厅,在四月二日列四日联合召开了中央駐省、省、昆明市級机关文書、档案人員躍进会議。三百多个文書、档案人貝参加了会議,省人委办公厅副主任在会上作了文書、档案工作躍进的报告。会上人人振奋,異口同声地表示:文書、档案人員不作大躍进中的盆地,下作促退派,要作促进派和革命派。会上十多个單位的同志,介紹了他們的工作經驗,很多同志在听了这些先进經驗以后,表示要努力赶上先进。有的單位在大会进行期間,就召开了紧急会議,采取措施,要立即赶过先进單位。会議也展开了竞賽活
