新《课程标准》针对学生掌握的识字量做了更为详细的调整:低年段原来要求认识常用汉字1600～1800个,其中800～1000个会写,现改为认识常用汉字1600个,其中800个会写;而高年段原来要求累计认识常用汉字2500个,其中2000个左右会写,现在改成了认识常用汉字2500个,其中1600个会写。新《课程标准》对学生的识字量和写字量的要求作了调整,为的是能保证学生写字的质量。因此,不难看出新《课程
The new “Curriculum Standards” made more detailed adjustments to the amount of literacy students have acquired: the low-grade section originally required to know about 1,600 to 1,800 commonly used Chinese characters, of which 800 to 1,000 would be written, but instead would recognize 1,600 commonly used Chinese characters 800 will be written; while the high section of the original requirements of a total of 2500 commonly used Chinese characters, of which 2000 will be written, now converted to recognize the commonly used Chinese characters 2500, of which 1600 will be written.
