遏制中学生“分化”现象,需要全社会的努力。如农村和城市校级间的“交换空间”;留守学生与工作人员认“干爸干妈”;为留守学生送温暖、送健康;开展各种各样的关爱留守儿童活动等,都是值得肯定的。笔者从十多年的观察、研究、跟踪调查中发现初中阶段的学生存在严重的“分化”现象,这种现象已给青春期学生的成长带来了困惑,影响心理健康发展,影响学习和生活,导致他们因厌学而辍学,影响未来的人生前途。这一现象应该引起学校和教师的高度关注。
