本文对时下刚刚兴起的以“文交所”艺术品份额化交易模式为代表的艺术品证券化业务进行研究,描述了我国艺术品市场发展的现状、分析了当前的市场特征,并对自2011年以来的以天津文化艺术品交易所为代表的艺术品证券化进程进行了简要的概况。
This article researches the art securitization business represented by the share exchange mode of art nowadays, which describes the status quo of the art market in our country and analyzes the current market characteristics. Since 2011, the art securitization represented by Tianjin Culture and Art Exchange has been briefly outlined.
