为了探查市售水煮花生中未知有害添加物,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定市售熟花生中安塞蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠和脱氢乙酸含量。结果表明:浓度在0.05ug-0.8ug范围内,安塞蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠与脱氢乙酸成良好的线性关系,标准曲线分别为y=3×10~6-7952.8,r=0.9999;y=3×10~6-7746.2,r=0.9999;y=5×10~6-16325,r=1;y=6×10~6-71051,r=0.9999;y=2×10~6-9682.3,r=0.9999;最低检测限分别为0.0027ug、0.0026ug、0.0033ug、0.012ug、0.0048ug;平均回收率分别为:99.9%、99.4%、97.2%、98.5%、98.8%。结果发现,22批水煮花生样中,安塞蜜和苯甲酸未检出;2批样检出糖精钠,且在合理使用范围;1批样检出山梨酸(0.037g/kg);1批样同时检出山梨酸和脱氢乙酸,4批样检测出脱氢乙酸(0.11-0.26 g/kg)。
In order to investigate the unknown harmful additives in commercially available peanuts, the content of acesulfame, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, sodium saccharin and dehydroacetic acid in commercial ripe peanuts was determined simultaneously by HPLC. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of apixin, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, sodium saccharin and dehydroacetic acid in the range of 0.05ug-0.8ug, the standard curves were y = 3 × 10-6-7952.8, r = 0.9999; y = 3 × 10 ~ 6-7746.2, r = 0.9999; y = 5 × 10 ~ 6-16325, r = 1; y = 6 × 10 ~ 6-71051, r = 0.9999; y = 2 × 10 ~ 6-9682.3 and r = 0.9999 respectively. The minimum detectable limits were 0.0027ug, 0.0026ug, 0.0033ug, 0.012ug and 0.0048ug, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.9%, 99.4%, 97.2%, 98.5% and 98.8%, respectively. The results showed that, in 22 batches of peanut-like samples, ancesulfame-K and benzoic acid were not detected; sodium saccharin was detected in 2 batches of samples and within a reasonable range of use; sorbic acid (0.037 g / kg) Samples were also detected at the same time, sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid, 4 batches of samples detected dehydroacetic acid (0.11-0.26 g / kg).
