在现代市场经济大环境下,市场的竞争日益激烈。资金是企业开展经济活动的基本要素,也是企业发展的必备的要素。资金贯穿于整个企业生产经营全过程,加强资金管理是企业保障企业资金链畅通,预防企业资金危机发生,完善企业财务管理的必然要求。现代企业应该以企业资金管理为基础开展企业的财务管理工作,以此实现企业的生产经营目标。本文从分析企业资金管理的重要性入手,探讨了当前企业财务资金管理方面存在的突出问题以及相应的解决策略。
In the modern market economy environment, the market is increasingly competitive. Funds are the basic elements of an enterprise to carry out economic activities and also an essential element in the development of an enterprise. The funds run through the entire process of production and operation of the entire enterprise. Strengthening fund management is an inevitable requirement for enterprises to ensure the flow of corporate capital, preventing the financial crisis of enterprises and perfecting their financial management. Modern enterprises should be based on the management of enterprise funds to carry out financial management of enterprises, in order to achieve the goal of production and management.
