为完成秦山核电厂反应堆压力容器第三根辐照监督管辐照力学性能试验,对辐照监督管进行解体,并将冲击、断裂韧性、拉伸样品以及温度盒和剂量盒进行了分装。 解体中对辐照监督管的抓头组件进行了照像,观测到抓头的两个定位片磨损严重,两个支撑弹簧均已断裂。将照片和上述信息及时反馈给秦山核电厂后,引起了秦山核电厂的高度重视,决定于2002年停堆期间,对辐照监督管的支撑定位结构进行彻底改造。 根据前两根辐照监督管样品顶出时遇到的困难,设计加工了新的样品顶出装置。实践证明结
In order to complete the radiation mechanical performance test of the third radiation reactor of Qinshan NPP, the radiation supervisory tube was disassembled and the impact, fracture toughness, tensile samples, temperature box and dose box were subdivided.
