通过对9例(18侧)尸体额、鼻和颞部血管解剖发现,滑车上动脉由两侧向内上行走,滑车上动脉的分支、眶上动脉的浅支和颞浅动脉额支的额眶支相互吻合成网即前额动脉吻合网,颞浅动脉主干及顶支发出2~3支耳支。根据上述解剖结果作了一些探索性研究,设计出几种类型修复鼻缺损的新皮瓣,改进了传统皮瓣,并将其应用于临床32例不同类型鼻缺损患者,均取得了良好效果。
