我院领导为认真贯彻总后卫生部《军队主要医疗器械仪器设备管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),抓了全院设备管理整顿,取得了好效果。 1.增强管理意识,实现四个转变。 在整顿中,通过学习、讨论、宣传、检查考评等形式,使全院医护人员普及了管理知识,增强了管理意识,实现了设备管理的四个转变;①变被动管理为主动管理;②变单一业务管理为综合管理;③变经验管理为科学管理;④变定物管理为定量管理。
