在非离子表面活性剂存在下,2-〖3.5-二氯-2-吡啶)偶氮]-5-二乙氨基酚(简称3.5-diCl-DEPAP)与镉(Ⅱ)可发生灵敏的显色反应。本文对该反应的适宜条件及其共存离子的影响进行了系统地研究。结果表明,pH值在8.9—9.5范围内,镉(Ⅱ)与显色剂形成1:2的红色配合物。配合物的最大吸收波长为570nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.19×10~5。为了消除Cu~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、Zn~(2+)和Fe~(3+)等离子的干扰,本文采用疏基棉在pH值为5—6的条件下,分离富集镉(Ⅱ),使其与除Zn~(3+)以外的其它干扰离子
In the presence of non-ionic surfactant, 2- (3,5-dichloro-2-pyridyl) azo] -5-diethylaminophenol (referred to as 3.5-diCl-DEPAP) and cadmium reaction. In this paper, the appropriate conditions of the reaction and the impact of its coexisting ions were systematically studied. The results showed that the complex of cadmium (Ⅱ) with the color reagent formed a 1: 2 red color at a pH range of 8.9-9.5. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 570 nm, the molar absorptivity ε = 1.19 × 10 ~ 5. In order to eliminate the interference of Cu ~ (2 +), Co ~ (2 +), Ni ~ (2+), Zn ~ (2+) and Fe ~ (3+) -6 under the conditions of separation and enrichment of cadmium (Ⅱ), in addition to Zn ~ (3 +) other interference ions
