2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(TAMB)是最近几年合成的新显色剂之一,本文较系统地研究了TA与镍的显色反应,发现在乙醇介质中,对配合物的测定有显著的增敏作用。适宜酸度范围为pH 4.2~8.3,最大吸收波长为600nm,配合物组成Ni(Ⅱ):TAM=1:1,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.05×10~5 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。镍(Ⅱ)含量在0~12μg/25ml范围内遵从比尔定律。本方法操作简便、快速、结果稳定,采用硫脲-NH_4F-三乙醇胺作掩蔽剂,可消除铝、铁、铜等离子的干扰,该方法成功地用于直接测定铝合金中的镍。
2- (2-thiazolylazo) -5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid (TAMB) is one of the new colorimetric reagents synthesized in recent years. In this paper, the color reaction of TA with nickel was studied systematically. Medium, the determination of complexes have significant sensitizing effect. The suitable acidity range is pH 4.2 ~ 8.3 and the maximum absorption wavelength is 600nm. The apparent molar absorptivity of Ni (Ⅱ): TAM = 1: 1 is 1.05 × 10 ~ 5 L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 12μg / 25ml for nickel (Ⅱ). The method is simple, rapid and stable with thiourea-NH_4F-triethanolamine as masking agent to eliminate the interference of aluminum, iron and copper ions. The method is successfully applied to the direct determination of nickel in aluminum alloy.
